Terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and LASSO LABS LTD (“we”, “us”), for your use of the SupKit app and website. By creating an account or using SupKit you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we use your information.

What SupKit is, and isn't

Your account

You must be 13 or over to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for the information you enter.

Shared households

Everyone in a household can see and change its information. Only invite people you trust, and only add other people's contact details if you're entitled to. Household owners can manage members and settings; we aren't responsible for disagreements between household members.

SupKit Plus subscriptions

Adding and updating supplies, reminders, photo and voice entry and household invitations need SupKit Plus. One subscription covers everyone in the household. You can subscribe monthly or annually through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android; prices are shown in the app before you buy.

We may change prices for future periods. Apple or Google will tell you before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse SupKit: for example by trying to access other households' information, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using it in a way that breaks the law.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide SupKit to you and the people in your household, as described in our privacy policy.

Third-party services

SupKit uses services such as Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google and product information from the Open Facts databases (Open Food Facts and its sister projects). Their own terms may also apply. Product information from Open Facts is provided under the Open Database Licence and may be incomplete or wrong.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SupKit available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. Key information is saved on your device so you can see your last saved plan without a connection. We may update SupKit and these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using SupKit and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or that result from relying on estimates, reminders or recognition results instead of checking labels and following official guidance.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts.
